Snake Eater is the nickname given to members of the U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Berets). They are known for their ability to survive in any environment and under any circumstances. No deed is too tough, too painful or too rough for a Snake Eater to overcome! This is the spirit behind our bourbon.
Nose: Equal balance of grain and wood bring out notes of dried fruit, fermentation notes of yeast and the small grains of wheat and barley. Wood notes of vanilla, caramel, cloves and allspice
Taste: Absent of bitter back-notes. Front tongue sweetness balanced with fruity grain and savory spice at the tip of the tongue
Finish: Gentle warmth at the front of the tongue. Buttery finish that is not overly long
Mash Bill Grains: Yellow Corn, Wheat, Malted Barley
How to Drink: Snake Eater is a compliment to any classic cocktail but it's great on its own. Whether served neat, with a splash of water or over ice, it's a fine sipping bourbon
