Jalapeño Lemon Rum

As one of the more complicated spirits we execute on our 450 gallon pot still, a great deal of time and effort goes into ensuring the flavor of fresh jalapeños and lemons is infused into the rum. Our method is fairly exacting and we believe you'll enjoy the taste in this unique, small batch spirit.

Nose: Spicy notes of fresh jalapeño and sweet citrus

Taste: Strong jalapeño flavor with no heat and a light, subtle citrus hint

Finish: Long jalapeño flavor at the back of the palate

How to Drink: As a base for a Bloody Mary or in a sweet lemonade, this spirit renders a fantastic, gentle background feel
